SEBI’s discussion paper on alternate capital raising platform

Following from our earlier post relating to SEBI’s discussion paper on alternate capital raising platform, we thought it would be beneficial to paste the link to the discussion paper. (Find as hyperlink.)

For the uninitiated, SEBI had, in the paper, discussed available and potential capital raising platforms for specified ‘new-age’ companies. Public comments were sought and the deadline was April 20, 2015. It would be interesting to see how SEBI shall distinguish between the existing institutional trading platform (ITP and the proposed platform, among others.
