Exemptions for private companies and amendments to the Companies Act

In the last couple of months, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has introduced multiple amendments to the Companies Act, 2013, including changes to the Incorporation rules, and has issued notifications exempting certain sections /sub-sections / clauses for private companies. Over the next few days, this blog shall share this information along with an analysis.
